About Me
Siphesihle Emerald Mncwabe is the Director and Engineering Surveyor at SEM Geomatics. He leads the practice’s engineering and construction survey work, overseeing projects from initial setting-out through to site supervision and final sign-off, and brings a hands-on, detail-driven approach to every site he works on.
Qualifications & Membership
- National Diploma: Surveying
- Member: South African Geomatics Council (SAGC), GTg ES 1015
Experienced in the following forms of surveys:
- Engineering/Construction Surveys, setting out of new roads, upgrading existing roads from gravel to tar roads, rehabilitation of roads, bridges, site supervision and setting out buildings
- Scanning and Aerial Surveying
- Deformation Surveys
- Cadastral Surveys, Sectional Title Surveys, Road Reserve Surveys, Beacon Location & Relocation and Subdivisions of Properties
